Membership

 

AISL membership runs from September to September with dues at USD $25 annually. Membership includes:

  • Access to an active listserv linking independent school libraries across North America, complete with an archive to past discussions.
  • Access to an active wiki that is maintained by the independent school librarian members, who store documents relevant to best practices and have ongoing discussions and a comprehensive directory of members.

When making a decision about library philosophies, policies, products or services, it is invaluable to have immediate access to so much expertise.

Attending the annual conference is an added benefit of membership; check  Annual Conference for the list of upcoming conference locations. Registration fees are approximately USD $350 and include most meals and all transportation to participating schools, tours, the Banquet & Skip Anthony Lecture, and other events.
